Hi! I'm Baylee Sovitsky, an author who loves creating imaginative worlds, unforgettable characters, and stories filled with adventure, courage, and hope.

My love of storytelling inspired me to write The Coldfire Trilogy, a fantasy series about extraordinary powers, unexpected friendships, and discovering the strength to face seemingly impossible challenges. I've always loved wolves, nature, and stories that transport readers into entirely different worlds, and those passions helped inspire my first books.

I live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my family and our sweet (but sometimes mischievous!) cat. When I'm not working on my next story, you'll probably find me reading a good book, paddling on the water with my team, or spending time with family and friends.

Writing has given me the opportunity to bring the worlds I've imagined to life, and I'm excited to continue exploring new characters, adventures, and stories.

Thank you for being part of my journey. I hope you enjoy discovering these worlds as much as I've enjoyed creating them!

I was excited to be featured by Innovative Learning Press, where I've been taking creative writing classes! The spotlight shares a little about my writing journey, the challenges of revising my first book, and what I've enjoyed most about bringing my characters to life.
